Fees
The tuition fee for the ACJ-Bloomberg postgraduate programme in Business and Financial Journalism, is INR 7,08,000/- inclusive of GST @ 18%. Candidates admitted to the programme will have to lock their seats with an advance payment of INR 1,00,000/- within 7 days of such intimation. The balance amount of INR 6,08,000/- should be paid in two equal installments, according to the following schedule:

  • First installment of INR 3,04,000/- on or before June 5, 2023
  • Final installment of INR 3,04,000/- on or before June 12, 2023

Residential Accommodation

Accommodation for students in the programme on room sharing basis is available on the college campus or in the Residential Annexe which is within easy distance of the college in Kasturba Nagar adjacent to the MRTS station. The allotment of residence to students opting for it will be decided by the college.

Residential accommodation on the Campus for the period (July 2023 to April 2024) will cost INR 1,18,000/- inclusive of GST @ 18%.

Accommodation at the Annexe for the period (July 2023 to April 2024) will cost INR 1,35,700/- inclusive of GST @ 18%.

The cost of food for the year will be INR 97,350/- inclusive of GST @ 18%.

Every student has to pay a caution deposit of INR 10,000/-, which will be returned, less deductions for liabilities if any, at the end of the year.

Students who opt for accommodation should send an advance of INR 15,000/- with their first installment of tuition fees. Accommodation will be offered on a first-come- first-served basis. The balance, inclusive of caution deposit should be paid on or before June 12, 2023.

Please note that no request for refund of fees will be entertained. Once a candidate is admitted the seat allotted to him or her stands filled. Please note that fees once paid will not be refunded even if the candidate does not join the course.



@BloombergLP is awarding a full scholarship to a student in the ACJ-Bloomberg Business and Financial journalism programme for the 2023-24 academic year. This offers an opportunity to interview for their 10-week paid internship in either their Mumbai or New Delhi office which commences after the program. The scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation costs on a room-sharing basis, and food expenses at the ACJ canteen. The scholarship recipient will also receive a nominal amount towards monthly pocket expenses. The selection will be on a merit-cum-means basis.

Since the decision on the scholarship will be taken only by end May 2023, candidates applying for it are advised to pay the lock-in amount of INR. 1,00,000/- to ensure their seats. The candidate selected for scholarship will be intimated individually by end May 2023. The advance lock-in amount paid by the candidate awarded the scholarship will be subsequently reimbursed/adjusted.
